This high power multi-purpose butane torch can be used for creme brulee, pulled/ blown sugar, meringue pies, ice sculptures, browning and glazing. It has a push button automatic ignition and is equipped with an anti-flare device. The adjustable flame control knob allows heats up to 2,012 degrees Fahrenheit.
It burns for up to 3 hours per 8 oz. canister of Chef Master 40062 Butane Fuel. (sold separately)
