The powerful Vollrath 5501 Redco InstaCut 5.1 can slice, dice, wedge, and core with simple pop-in, pop-out blade accessories that make switching from dicing onions to coring apples a fast and efficient process in any kitchen. Onions and apples are not the only ingredients you can use with this product, but you can also cut up celery, peppers, tomatoes, lemons, oranges, and pears too. (Slice, wedge, and core accessories are sold separately)

This cutter has a tall base and is designed to fit containers up to 6″ in height. It has a superior resistance to breakage due to its sled-leg base design. The thermoset blade frames never need to be adjusted and will not corrode, even when slicing acidic foods like tomatoes. The blades provide clean, quick cuts that reduce busing and raise the quality level of food for presentation.
