The Metro C519-CFC-4 is a non-insulated heated holding and proofing cabinet that delivers reliable performance in a tried and true design. All modules provide fast heat-up and recover through a thermostatically controlled, forced air system. It is designed to be reliable and durable with high quality components that provide a long life of worry-free use.

The bottom mounted removable Combination Control Module features an easy-to-read digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master on/off switch, and power indicator lights. The temperature can reach 190 degrees Fahrenheit. At the flip of a switch you can change from heated holding mode to proofing mode. It has individual analog controls for temperature and humidity levels.

The clear polycarbonate door provide visibility of the contents of the cabinet without the heat loss associated with opening the door. The interior features fixed wire slides on 3″ centers.
