The Manitowoc SDF3000W is a water-cooled ice maker that isn’t just for hotels, but can be used for restaurants, bars, and cafes. It includes a Quadzilla Evaporator System with four high-output individual evaporators and can provide 3000 pounds of dice size ice cubes in 24 hours.

It has a quiet operation, the remotely located compressor eliminates most of the noise from the refrigeration system. This lack of noise promotes a relaxing atmosphere. The patented CVD technology improves reliability and this extends the life of the compressor. It features a stainless-steel tubular frame construction for added strength and durability. The exterior promotes superior resistance to corrosion.

This icemaker provides hard, clear ice cubes with a unique “rhomboid” shape. It is ideal for low to high volumes of ice production. It provides maximum cooling with nearly 100% ice to water ratio. This is the perfect type of ice for maximum cooling, slow melting, and quick production.
