The Vulcan ECO2D is a half size electric convection oven that will fit into your kitchen. The front, sides, top, and rear enclosure panel are all constructed of stainless steel. The solid-state temperature control will adjust the temperature from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 60-minute electric timer with a time expired buzzer, so you’ll never have to worry about cooking something for a little to long. This oven will tell you when your dish is done. The cool to the touch door handle will protect you and your staff from burns. Once that door is open, the oven has a rapid cool down switch. The interior liners are porcelain on steel with nine position rack guides and five nickel plated racks.
