It has the ultimate ease of use, all it takes is nine minutes to learn how to use the three knobs. Operation for this unit may be simplified for ease of use, but this unit is anything but a simple appliance. This unit’s exclusive Precision Humidity Control will provide you with accurate and sustained humidity for superior results every time.

The half-size, natural gas combi oven ABC7G-NAT model from Vulcan has an all stainless-steel interior, cooking compartment, top, sides, and is fully insulated. The three knobs adjust temperature, time, and humidity which have large LED displays. The timer reloads for batch cooking after the completion of a timed cycle. The temperature has a range from 80 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, the timer range is continuous and up to twenty-three hours and fifty-nine minutes, the humidity range goes from 0 to 100 percent. This unit provides multiple cooking capabilities, these capabilities are listed as: baking, steaming, stewing, air-fry, rethermalization, proofing, finishing, poaching, low temp and defrosting results. It uses minimal energy and water consumption with the usage of direct steam creation and the Precision Humidity Control for optimized cooking.

At the end of a cooking cycle the door lights will flash and an audible alarm that will alert the user. The reflective glass door is cool to the touch and is heat reflective. Built into the door and behind the heat reflective inner glass are three Halogen lights. It has four unique, stainless-steel wire racks with cutout design for easy access, and comes standard with rack guides. It holds a maximum capacity of seven full size sheet pans or fourteen full size hotel pans.
