The structural components of this commercial food warmer are 100% stainless-steel. The cabinet sides and top are filled with 1″ thick of insulation. It has separate heaters and thermostatic controls for each warming drawer.Each drawer includes one stainless-steel pan and a recessed thermostat. The thermostat is adjustable to 190 degrees Fahrenheit and one for humidity control. There is one 457-watt heating element per drawer.
