The ellipsoidal bottom of the kettle liner is formed with fully welded standard type 316 and type 304 stainless-steel in the exterior. This ellipsoidal design will provide you with the ability to make 50% more product than the average tilting kettle of the same size.

The cover is stainless-steel with spring assist hinges, it opens up to the spacious interior. The interior has embossed gallon/liner markers to guide you as you mix together all of your ingredients.
