Each kettle is even spaced, and pre-piped with steam control valves, line strainers, and steam traps. The three tilting steam 6-gallon kettles use a 2/3 jacket. The ellipsoidal bottom of the kettle line is formed and fully welded with type 316 and type 304 stainless steel exterior with a 1/4″ by 5/8″ bar rim with a butterfly shaped pouring lip. The shape of the bottom was designed to provide you with up enough space to fit 50% more product. The interior also contains embossed gallon/liter markings to provide you with accurate measurements.
