Bittered Sling Orange & Juniper

Bittered Sling’s Orange and Juniper Bitters are able to stand up to mature oak spirits and well as having a strong presence in lighter spirit cocktails.You geta fantastic blend of fresh, herbaceous and bright, from the orange peels, juniper and green cardamom. Fresh turmeric and cinchona bark give a bright bitterness. This bitters offers a fantastic range, an ideal addition to your bar.

Best use with:White spirits, oak-matured spirits, Tequila, Pisco, vermouth and other aromatized wines.You can even add it to sparkling or flat water, smoothies, tea, white spirits, whiskey, vermouth, sake, beer & cider, sparkling wine

For cooking:You can replace vanilla extract in blonde cakes, dessert sauces, cookies and shortbreads.Brighten your hollandaise as a finish and add to your marinades for fish and seafod.
