This compact and portable butane stove with a single, brass burner is great for indoor use in commercial restaurants and catering events. It has an automatic Piezo electric ignition with an in-line regulator and pressure sensing shut off. The heat transfer plate maintains a high transfer plate maintains a high heat output and has a boil to simmer heat range with 10,000 BTUs.

Use with 8 oz. canister of Chef Master Chef Master 40062 Butane Fuel (sold separately) which will burn for 2 hours on HIGH and up 4 hours on LOW.
