The Aerohot is the most economical, highest-efficiency, versatile steamtable on the market. The body, undershelf, and legs are all stainless-steel with plastic feet. It is perfect for displaying your customer’s favorite hot food items in a buffet style setting. The poly carving board is 7″ wide, and 1/2″ thick with a stainless-steel support shelf.

The Duke WB305 has five, pan size, open water bath wells with one 27,000 BTU burner. The gas safety pilot is standard and the gas pressure regulator is furnished in each unit. The burners are controlled by an adjustable valve.
