The Everest ESRF2D2 unit stands tall on four 5″ casters and has a cabinet exterior that is constructed of heavy duty stainless-steel with a gorgeously galvanized steel finished top, bottom, and back. This product will be an excellent addition to your kitchen and it will look stunning for years after its installation. This unique unit has one full height door, one half height door, and two drawers, all of which are solid and constructed of stainless-steel. Each door and drawer uses 2-1/2″ thick, foamed in place polyurethane as its insulation. The heavy-duty, adjustable torsion spring system allows for the doors to be self-closing. You’ll never have to worry about you or your employees accidentally leaving the doors open. How wonderful is that? It’s one less thing for you to worry about. The corners are rounded, for a safe, comfortable, and hazard free kitchen. Not only that, but the doors and drawers include a one-piece snap-in place, magnetic door gaskets for easy replacement and cleaning. Once you open the doors, you’ll be greeted by bright incandescent lights and shinning under those lights are six epoxy coated wire shelves on stainless-steel pilasters and shelf clips.

The location of the self-contained refrigeration unit is at the perfect spot for a kitchen that bakes from scratch. Flour and other dry ingredients will never clog up unit that sits on top of the refrigerator. The refrigeration system which is on the right side and consists of the half height door and two drawers use 1/3 hp, and 1/2 hp is used in the freezer section, on the left side. The condenser and evaporator coils are oversized and designed for quick temperature recovery and maintenance. The multiple fan motors and the forced-air cooling mechanism ensure airflow through out the cabinet is well balanced. The interior airflow back guard also aids in air circulation. All of these components work together to maintain the perfect temperature for the refrigerator between 33 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit and -10 to 54 degrees Fahrenheit on the freezer side.
