This Wear-Ever Vollrath stock pot is constructed of 3004 heavy-duty aluminum and can hold 20 quarts. You’ll be able to make 20 quarts of mashed potatoes, broth, mac and cheese, and anything you need to fill some of those massive orders you may have. This stock pot does not come with a cover, but there are both flat and domed covers available for purchase.

The double-thick bottom heats evenly and eliminates hot spots. The tall and narrow shape allows for liquids to bubble up through the food, extracting maximum flavor. Who doesn’t love an extra little pinch of flavor in their recipe?

It features spot-welded aluminum handles that are for durability and easy cleaning after the end of a long day of making your delicious recipes. The smooth surface is for easy cleaning because food does not stick to the sides.

Since it is made of aluminum, you’ll want to handwash this. However, you can dishwash this but it is not recommended. If you choose to dishwash this, be sure to use detergent that is specifically for cleaning metallic products. This will keep the pot from tarnishing and getting damaged.
