This stir-fry pan measures at 11″ in diameter and is 3-1/2″ deep, it can hold approximately 4-1/2 quarts. It features a TriVent Handle which has a unique ergonomic design that reduces stress and fatigue. The vented handle design reduces heat transfer from pan to handle, maximizing operator comfort. Its TriVent Silicone Handles are rated at 450F (232C) for stove top or oven use. The SteelCoat x3 premium non-stick coating provides for easy clean-up and reduces use of fats and oils.
The construction of this stir-fry pan is 3004 aluminum. This type of construction will allow your vegetables, noodles, and proteins for your stir-fry to all cook evenly. The flat bottom of this pan will sit level on the cooking surface.
