The Vulcan 36IRB-P has stunning stainless-steel front, top, and sides for long lasting durability and speedy cleaning. The chrome plated is made for heavy-duty usage and measures at 27-1/2″ by 13″. Like the rest of this product, it was also designed with your needs in mind and is therefore easy to clean. It has two ceramic infrared burners with a standing pilot ignition system. Each burner puts out 15,000 BTUs for a total of 30,000 BTUs an hour. The power of this Infrared burner can greatly reduce cook times due to its ability to reach extremely high temperatures. This will save you time, expenses, and energy. It even includes two dual heat controls for zone cooking. You can control the temperature by setting it anywhere between 250 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit.
