The Vulcan C24ET10 is a two-compartment direct potable convection steamer on a cabinet base. It is perfect for nurses’ stations, cafeterias, and healthcare facilities. It stands on 6″ adjustable legs with flanged feet, these feet will keep your unit stable and prevent it from easily tipping over. Each door is heavy-duty with door latch mechanisms to keep all of its contents secure.

This model has two stainless steel compartments, each with a separate 60-minute timer and a constant steam feature. The thermal heat transfer is featured by the solid sheathed, tubular elements that will provide even heat distribution within each of the compartments. Each compartment has its own professional controls and can be used individually. This component will save you energy, because you have the option to run only one compartment at a time instead of both. This will allow you to steam two different dishes at the same time without worrying about cross contamination. The cabinet base that comes with this unit is not only stainless-steel but it’s also water resistant. It can hold a capacity of 10 pans to allow for quick and easy access.
