The electric, self-contained counter tilting steam kettle uses a 2/3 jacket that contains water, a rust inhibitor, and antifreeze, all mixed together to protect up to a temperature of 30 degrees below zero. The ellipsoidal bottom of the kettle line is formed and fully welded with type 316 and type 304 stainless-steel exterior with a 1/4″ by 5/8″ bar rim with a butterfly shaped pouring lip. The shape of the bottom was designed to provide you with up to 50% more capacity than other, similar products. How wonderful is that?
