This direct steam, floor mounted, stationary kettle is constructed of fantastically durable stainless-steel and is insulated using a 2/3 jacket that has a psi rating of 50. The bottom of the kettle is ellipsoidal and is formed with fully welded standard type 316 and type 304 stainless-steel in the exterior. The shape of the bottom was designed to provide you with enough space to fit 50% more product. The appliance stands on three tubular, stainless-steel legs with flanged feet. The feet will help keep the kettle steady and prevent it from falling over and making a mess on the floor. The cover is stainless-steel with spring assist hinges, it opens up to the spacious interior. Embossed on the inside are gallon/liter markings to guide you as you create your wonderful dishes.
