The Vulcan SMOKER-VACB60 is a smoke base with three wood trays for use with the VACB60 Charbroiler which is SOLD SEPARATELY! This unit is constructed with stainless-steel crumb/grease tray and wood platform. The platform is used to accommodate wood chips, blocks, or logs. It is designed to be placed on top of an equipment stand or a refrigerated base with a temperature profile that will not affect performance.
