The Vulcan VBI2 has a ceramic broiler on top of an infrared broiler, they both are constructed with stainless-steel. The sleek and modern appearance of this product will add a flare of sophistication to your kitchen, and because it contains multiple components it will save you space as well.

The top deck has three cast iron burns with ceramic tile radiants and the bottom deck has four ceramic tile faced burners that turn on with a pilot ignition system. Each top burner can release 33,333 BTUs per hour and each bottom burner can release 25,000 BTUs per hour.

Each deck has two infinite heat controls and you will be able to adjust the temperature to a maximum of 1,000 degrees. The cold rolled steel bar grid is spring balanced and has five adjustable positions to suit your different recipes and moves on roller bearings. The grid is large, measuring at 25-1/2″ x 25″ and will provide you a spacious amount of cooking area for you to sear plenty of beautiful steaks, burger patties, or even tilapia for your patrons.
