Vulcan’s heated holding cabinets are designed to keep foods hot and delicious from the moment of cooking right to the time of serving.

The Vulcan VBP13 has quality features like an energy-efficient cabinet design for quicker preheating and recovery times with rugged tubular steel frames. The heated holding cabinet will be a valuable addition to your operation. The interior and the exterior are both constructed out of 20 gauge stainless-steel with an integrated steel frame for a maximum strength. It is fully insulated with 1-1/2″ in the sides and 2″ in the top.

The doors are field reversible with a magnetic action door latch and recessed side mounted handles. The interior shelving will hold a variety of pan sizes and is complete with universal tray slides that are adjustable on 1-1/2″ centers.

This versatile unit can be used as a proofing cabinet or food warmer and has a full-range thermostat for temperatures up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The blower motor provides the interior with gentle and even temperature distribution, so you’ll never have to worry about the inconsistent heating of products.
