The Vulcan VCBB36C, heavy-duty, wide, gas charbroiler with a convection oven is one of our best options. it is constructed with stainless-steel on the sides, front top ledge, burner box, sides, base, and stub back. The top front ledge has a pull-out condiment rail. Each of the six burners have individual pilots and controls. This unit has heavy-duty, slant, cast grates and char-radiants.
