The Vulcan VCCB47, low profile, gas charbroiler is one of our best options. It is constructed with stainless-steel on the sides, control panel, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough. This unit has an easy lighting, standing pilot ignition system. It has heavy-duty cast iron, char-radiants and burners with 5-1/4″ wide, sloped cast iron grates. The grates are reversible for “level” broiling or self-cleaning. Each of the eight burners have one infinite heat control valve. An underbar deflector tray system reflects heat upwards, this creates a “Cool Zone” in the grease drawer and drip areas.
