The Vulcan VTEC60, countertop infrared gas charbroiler is one of our best options. It is constructed with stainless-steel sides, control panel, top trim, backsplash, and fill width crumb tray. A removable, stainless-steel heat shield and splash guard is included with this unit. It has heavy-duty, steel, infrared emitter panels with 11″ by 25″ stainless steel cooking grids. Each cooking grid has a patented infrared burner system with a high range heat control valve. It uses direct ignition piezo spark igniters.
