The SCB25CN-1 Wolf low-profile countertop model, gas charbroiler is one of our best options. It is constructed with stainless steel sides, control panel, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough. The cast iron char-radiants are heavy-duty with 5-1/4″ wide, slopped cast iron, diamond grates. These grates are reversible for “level” broiling or self-cleaning. The pitched grease trough in each grate blade provides fat run-off and controls flare ups. It has four burners that are easily lit with the standing pilot ignition system. It includes supercharger burner dividers to minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capabilities. Each burner has one infinite heat valve. The valves have adjustment marks that are engraved into the front panel for easy set up. The underbar deflector system reflects heat upwards, creating a “Cool Zone” in the grease drawer which also facilitates easy cleaning at the end of the day.
